All classes are streamed via Zoom so please download Zoom before your class. If you book more than 4 hours ahead of the class, you will receive a receipt and class details email at the time of booking and then an email with a link to join the class 4 hours before the class. If you book the class within 4 hours of the class, you should receive a receipt, class details email and the link to your class within 15 minutes of booking.
